When writing

• Describe what you expected and what happened.
• Include your iPhone model and iOS version if relevant.
• The in-app support link can prefill only app version, build, iOS and device information.
• Never send sensitive personal information.

Before writing

• Close and reopen Playa Oracle.
• Confirm Location, Precise Location or Notifications permission in iPhone Settings.
• For Automatic Bike Saves, enable the Roam setting and allow Always Location.
• Offline event and city data remain available without a signal.

Seek & data

• If markers seem missing, clear filters and confirm the selected date.
• Use the in-app data status before leaving reliable service.
• Favorites and alerts stay on your iPhone.

Roam & bike

• Precise Location improves playa addresses and guidance.
• Every active background route provides a Lock Screen Stop Route action.
• You can always save or clear a bike pin manually.

Shared decks

• Camp cards use the camp name you choose; Friend Decks use a permanent invite code.
• Shared cards may show “Awaiting approval” until moderation is complete.
• Leaving a Friend Deck removes it from this iPhone but does not delete the deck for everyone else.

Privacy by design

Playa Oracle does not use accounts, advertising or analytics. Location, routes, favorites, notes and “Only Me” cards stay on your iPhone. Optional shared cards, aliases and votes use the Playa Oracle service. Read the full Playa Oracle Privacy Policy.
